Henry was known for his dedicated service in the US Navy.
Henry was married to Sylvia Rose Walden, sharing a life filled with love and companionship.
Henry is survived by his daughter Tammy Yates, and sons Edward DeCosta Jr., Joseph J. DeCosta, and Jerry Pedro Jr. as well as numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He will be remembered with respect and admiration for his contributions and commitment to his family and his country.
