Jeffrey K Chaluto

He was born in Norwich, CT on Sept. 8, 1983 to Frank and Michele (Aitken) Chaluto. He served in the US Army and worked at various jobs throughout his life. On May 20, 2011 he married Melissa (Greene) in Kentucky and they made their home in the Norwich area.

Jeff was an avid Yankees and NY Giants fan. He also enjoyed fishing and restoring antique cars.

He is survived by his wife Melissa, grandparents; James Aitken, Sandra Roush, Carol Calkins, Ron Zamoider and Mimmo D’Aniello, his parents; Frank Chaluto and Michele Cicio, step-mom; Susan Chaluto, step-dad; Joe Cicio, children; Nicholas Chaluto, Angilea Miranda, Maria Miranda, brothers; Joshua Cicio, Colby Chaluto, Aaron Silbert, sisters; Heather Cicio, Alicia Silbert , aunts/uncles; Laurie & Larry Swaney, Shannon & Ron Ducharme, Holly & Jeff Peltier, Rich & Judi Chaluto, Caroline & Davide Cavaletto, Elisabetta & Gianni Pascarella and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by grandparents; Richard Chaluto, Rose D’Aniello, Ted Calkins an uncle; Stephano D’Aniello and a sister; Nicole Cicio.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, August 4th from 1pm-5pm at the Sprague Rod & Gun Club, 90 Bushnell Hollow Rd., Baltic, CT. Services will be private at the convenience of the family at a later date.
