Betty was born on May 7, 1941 in Guilford, NY the daughter of Edward and Dorotha (Thurston) Hatton. At an early age Betty went out on her own and worked in Catholic Homes as a dietary aid and housekeeper. Retiring in her 60’s she came to McDonough to live with her sister Pauline MacLaury.
Betty is survived by her sister Pauline MacLaury of McDonough and her sister Phyllis Sease of FL. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She was predeceased by her parents as well as 2 brothers.
There will be no formal services.
A private burial will be held in the Mt. Hope cemetery.
Arrangements are with the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home.
