Sherry L. Snow, 62, of Norwich, passed away on December 20, 2023. She was born in Norwich on July 21, 1961 and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was an office manager for the New York State DOT in Oxford for over 30 years. Sherry loved spending her time playing golf, regularly playing at Blue Stone and Back of Sundown golf courses. She was a member of the Norwich YMCA, spending many hours swimming there and she took daily walks covering many miles. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
Sherry was predeceased by her father, Richard Snow; and her step father, George Potter. Survivors include her longtime companion, Tracy Vorhies; her daughter, Hollyann Vorhies and Eric Frank; her grandchildren, Carter and Braden; her mother, Judy Potter; her step mother, Roberta Snow; her brother, Robert and Kristin Snow; along with many nieces and nephews.
Per Sherry’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral services. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
