Todd K. Hartwell

Todd was born in Norwich on Sept. 29, 1965 the son of Kenneth and Lona (Duffy) Whitehill Hartwell. He grew up on Shumway Hill and attended the Mt. Upton - Gilbertsville schools.

Todd was, without question, an outdoorsman. It was his passion and if it had anything to do with the outdoors he was all for it. Hunting, fishing, ice fishing, you name it, he did it, and just this year he took his last buck.

Todd is survvied by his son Leon Hartwell of DeRuyter and his mother Karen, his parents Kenneth and Lona (Duffy) Hartwell of Mt. Upton, his brothers Scot (Julee) Hartwell of Bainbridge and Brian (Yvonne) Hartwell of Gilbertsville and his wife Rebecca Hartwell of VA. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

A celebration Todd’s life will be held on Sat., Dec. 28, at 12:00 Noon from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. Pastor Vern Groves of the United Church of DeRuyter will officiate.

Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Sat. from 10:00 am until the time of the service at Noon.
