Catherine Louise Frey

Catherine Louise Frey, 90, of Roslindale and longtime resident of Norwood, and also formally of Mililani, HI, Rockport and Mansfield, passed away August 30, 2021. Born June 3, 1931 in Boston to Norman and Gertrude (Delorey) Boudreau.

Catherine was passionate about her family, cooking, going to the beach, art, figure skating and she was an avid card player. She was a kind, generous and loving woman!

Catherine is survived by her loving children, William S. Frey and his wife Donna, Lorraine F. Lawlor and her husband Robert, Lawrence E. Frey and his wife Kimberly and Catherine Jean (CJ) Tomasello and her husband Robert; her adored grandchildren, Anela, Pamalee, Jacob, Ryan, Lorin, Thomas, Mark, Danielle, Amanda, Allison and Robert.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 4pm to 8pm at Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street, Norwood. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, Norwood at 11am on Friday September 3. 2021. Family and friends are invited to the interment to follow at Beech Grove Cemetery, Rockport. We will continue to celebrate Catherine’s life with a reception at the Harbor Room, 8 Norwood Ct. Gloucester, MA immediately following the interment.
