Rosemary Fullerton

Rosemary (Mooney) Fullerton, age 95, of Norwood, Friday April 18, 2025.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (McGorty) Mooney.

Rosemary was the beloved wife of 63 years of the late Francis M. “Frank” Fullerton. Devoted mother of Linda and her husband Raymond Boyer of Bellingham, Stephen Fullerton of Portsmouth RI, Lisa Fullerton O’Brien and her husband Kevin O'Brien of Narragansett RI, and John Fullerton and his wife Nancy of Mansfield. Sister of the late John Mooney. Proud grandmother of Eric Fullerton and his wife Rozana, Evan Fullerton and his fiancee Laura Cortés, Emily and her husband Tom Gauger, Ethan Fullerton, Katie and her husband Henry Gilbert, Matt and Conor O’Brien, John Fullerton and his wife Jess, and Alex and his partner Greg Laucella, Daniel, and Mary Fullerton, and great-grandmother of the highly anticipated Stevie Gauger.

Rosemary developed life long friendships beginning in elementary school. One of her dear friends Lorraine, introduced her to her true love Frank. Rosemary and Frank enjoyed traveling abroad including France, Italy, China, India, and Germany.

Rosemary and Frank spend over 25 winters as "snowbirds" in Naples, FL. They had lots of friends, loads of parties, and time to dance together on the lanai. But they were always home for Christmas Eve, the time where all the family got together for performing, teasing, eating, and loving.

Services from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rt. 1A), NORWOOD on Tuesday April 29, 2025, at 10 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Catherine of Siena Parish, Norwood at 11 AM. Visiting Hours in the Funeral Home on Monday, April 28, from 4-7 PM. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain.
