On June 16, 2019, Brett Carl Hinke passed away. He was the beloved son of Bonita L. Foster and her husband Kevin, and John R. Hinke; devoted love of Holly Faith Pratt; loving father of Natalie Lynn Hinke; cherished grandson of Marie Hinke and her late husband C. Bud Hinke, and the late Carl and Gloria Becker; dear brother of Benjamin Hinke and his fiancé Andrea Samlin, and Christina Foster and her fiancé Carlos Fernandez. Brett is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends, to include his fellow Airmen.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, June 23rd, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm, with a funeral service to be held at 4:30pm. Interment will be held on Monday, June 24th, at 10am, at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery (Owings Mills, MD). After the burial, the family has extended an invitation to join them at the Dog Watch Tavern, 709 S. Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231, (Brett’s favorite bar in Fells Point), to celebrate his life.
