David was the beloved husband of the late Laureine Gordon Green; devoted father of the late Carole M. Green and Deborah Willey; grandfather of Donald Willey; dear brother of Marion Hartman, and the late Howard Green, Jr., Elizabeth “Betty” Robusto, and Donald Green. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, his special friend Beth Samuels and her husband Robert, and his church family.

David loved the beach and also enjoyed doing handy work around the house, and spending time with his family. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy. He greatly appreciated the support of the Veteran Administration in Escambia, Florida who helped him with benefits for his care in Florida.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Rd. Middle River, MD 21220. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in David’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675, or to Covenant Care Hospice, 5041 N. 12th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32504.
