On October 1, 2020, Debra Ann Blalock peacefully passed away at her home. She was the beloved daughter of the late Charles Allen Blalock, Sr. and Mary Rosa Blalock (nee Clark); devoted sister of Charles Allen Blalock, Jr. and his wife Margaret, Oscar Neil Blalock and his wife Marie, Lillian Catherine Blalock and the late Brenda Blalock. Debra was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
