

As a young adult, he served in the Philippine Scouts under the United States Army during World War II. After fighting for his country, he completed his education in the Philippines to become a teacher. He served as a teacher in Faire (Santo Niño), Cagayan, Philippines for 30+ years. He then retired as a head teacher. During this time he met the love of his life, Aniceta, and together had 2 children. He and his family eventually moved to the U.S., after which his family grew with a daughter-in-law, 3 grandchildren, and a son-in-law. Always filled with curiosity and wanderlust, he would continue to go on numerous adventures across the U.S. with his family, even well into the latter part of his life.
In his leisure time, Eusebio loved playing games such as mahjong and cards. Even at 99 years old, he enjoyed exercising and reading books to keep his mind sharp. He was an enthusiast of music and song, his favorite song being, “De Colores”, which he would sing with such joy. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and adoring grandfather. His courage, zeal for life, and thunderous laughter will forever be remembered by all who knew him.
Eusebio is survived by his daughter Maria Angelica, son-in-law James, daughter-in-law Grace, and grandchildren Frances Grace, Franz Emmanuel, and Franzuel Jr. He was preceded in death by his wife Aniceta, and his son Dr. Franzuel Pamittan.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton). Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
