I worked with Foard on several movies back in the 80’s. He taught me the ropes and made me an honorary Teamster, and I am grateful for those wonderful memories. 

I worked with Foard years ago in Baltimore on Avalon.  It has become the best movie I have ever worked on - because of the crew, like him.

Foard, working on Homicide and the Wire together and so many other projects you always knew how to keep us laughing and in good spirits and you always looked out for us . You were a big part of my Baltimore film experience and I’ll always cherish the memories. Warm thoughts to your family and I hope somewhere right now you and Jimmy are arguing about where to go for lunch. 

Foard would come into the TREME Accounting Department with his big, kind, gold heart, open laughter, and all the stories to match. He loved his family, his horses, and dare I say... His Production family, too. I feel so fortunate to have been a part of it. He will forever be loved. ¡Te quiero hasta el cielo Foard!

I can remember sharing my dad’s story of how he had his eye fixed. Foard was intrigued and wanted his eye done as well. He wanted to surprise his wife. 
We shared many of days on the production of Treme in New Orleans just chatting in our accounting office.  You will be missed my friend.  

Foard didn't like to have his photo taken so this photo is special.  It is from 2006 at Piper's birthday party.

I was so sorry to hear about foard passing away. my thoughts and prayers are with the family

So very sorry to learn of Foard’s passing. May we all treasure our fondest memories of wonderful times together over the years. 

Foard not only took care of everyone on the production, but he cared about the families, too. We had so much fun together in Baltimore, New York, New Orleans - he was always up for a road trip. I will miss you, Foard but thinking about you and Jimmy together makes me smile. 

I can still see him and Finnerty outside the pier, checking ID's and bad attitudes. Foard I hope you put your bet down on the 80-1 horse at the derby this year. Double down in Heaven friend!

Foard was always a mover and a shaker on HOMICIDE: LIFE ON THE STREET.  He was the consummate professional, who gave his all to our series.  Jim Finnerty and Foard are in Heaven, toasting each other for lives beautifully lived.

My partner in crime, well in horse racing anyway, Moira and I and the rest of DZ stables are very sorry for your loss.
