On June 4, 2022 Frances “Fran” Lorene Perry (nee Phillips) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Garland Lee Perry; devoted mother of Sandra P. Caslin and her husband Tim and Annette L.P. Hearn and her husband Bill; loving grandmother of Stacey Ciliberto and her husband John, Scott Caslin and his wife Keri. Sarah MacDonald and her husband Fletcher, and the late Matthew Hearn; cherished great-grandmother of Will MacDonald, Kelsey Ciliberto, Brennan Ciliberto, Dylan Caslin and Cambell Class.
