Frank Charles Cole Jr.

On January 23, 2014, Frank "Charles" Jr.; beloved husband of the late Jeannette Cole (nee Velenovsky); devoted father of Charles, Sr., Kenneth David (Joyce), Thomas (Lorrie), Kathleen (Richard Parker), Dorothy (Marc Schneider) and Sandra (Jason Death); dear brother John Cole and Catherine "Jean" Herrmann and the late Walter and William Cole and his parents the late Frank & Gertrude Cole. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Frank "Charles" retired from Goddard Space Flight Center in 1995 after 25 years of service, prior to working at NASA he was a steamfitter and construction worker, helping build area schools. Frank served as Sergeant in the Army National Guard. he enjoyed jogging, pinochle, hunting, crabbing, camping; he was very active in Rosedale Parks & Recreation.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit Miller-Dippel Funeral Home, Inc. 6415 Belair Road Baltimore, MD 21206 on Sunday and Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm, where a service will be held on Tuesday at at 10 am.
