Frederick Charles Colly

Fred was born October 30, 1939, in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Anna Mable Colly (nee Paul) and the late Charles John Colly.

Fred was predeceased by his late wife Nancy Colly (Sortino), whom he married in 1960, his late sister, Jeanette Roberts, and his late daughter-in-law, Molly Colly. He is survived by his four loving children, Frederick Colly and his wife Nanette, Gregory Colly and his wife Irene, Lisa Meehan and her husband Bryan “Tim”, Sr., and Kristi Folderauer and her husband Glenn.

Also survived by his beloved partner of twenty-five years Maryann Ward and her family, Robert Ward and his wife Vania, and Ron Ward and his wife Wendy. His cherished grandchildren, Sabrina, Caitlin (Justin), Bryan, Jr. (Leslie), Matthew (Leland), Garrett, Samuel (Sydney), Kyle, Gabriella (Jared), Benjamin and Faith, and his bonus grandchildren, Konstantinos (Lexie), Samantha (Perry), Robert, and Dylan (Jolie); his great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Annabelle, Diana, Bridget and Louie, and his bonus great-grandchildren, Stella, Genevieve, Anastasia, Peter, Elijah and Callan.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M., further visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 10 A.M to 12 P.M, followed by a funeral service at 12 P.M. Interment Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
