On December 15, 2025 Gloria Ellen Wessel passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Clarence "Russ" Wessel; loving mother of Brian S. Wessel, Sr. and his wife Hazel; loving grandmother of Brian S. Wessel, Jr.; cherished aunt of Leesa Watts, Michael Wessel and his wife Paisley, Greg Wessel, as well as other nieces and nephews; she is also survived by her brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Monday, December 29, 2025 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 12PM.Interment will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Gloria's name to the Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society, or the American Heart Association.
