On May 6, 2026, Helen Lee Disney (nee Rasmussen) went home to be with the Lord. Helen is the beloved wife of the late Richard Disney, Jr.; devoted mother of Kimberly Tyrie and Scott Disney and wife Becki Jo; loving grandmother of Sean Tyrie and wife Kaity, Matt Tyrie and wife Paige, Caleb Disney and wife Courtney, and Anni Jo Disney. Also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, and her dear sister Margaret Lyons of Florida.
Relatives and friends will gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham MD 21236, on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
