On January 20, 2022 Linda Mary Winkler (nee Parks) passed away. She was the beloved wife of William “Wink” Charles Winkler; devoted mother of Melissa A. Rider; cherished step-mother of Stacy L. Winkler; caring daughter of the late James and Agnes Parks; dear sister of the late James Parks.
