On February 25, 2025, Lucille “Betty” O’Connor, passed away. Betty is the beloved wife of the late John “Mike” O’Connor and Raymond Sullivan; devoted mother of Linda Strott, Raymond “Ricky” Sullivan, Jack Sullivan, and Robin Welbourn; mother-in-law of Ligia, Mary “B C”, and Grant; loving grandmother of Erica and Jason, Christopher, Jessica, Jason and Rebekah, Steven, Lauren and Noah, Natalie and Sean, Ian, David, and Ben; cherished great-grandmother of Charles, Ella, Cameron, Connor, Liam, Aidan, and Nolan.
Relatives and friends will gather at the Chapel at Oak Crest Village, 8800 Walther Blvd. Parkville MD 21234, on Monday, March 3, 2025, from 10 – 11 a.m., with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
