Melvin Jesse House

On May 19, 2012 Melvin Jesse House went to be with the Lord and his late wife of 70 years Katherine B. House. He was born January 19, 1917 in Baltimore, Maryland. Loving son of the late Helen and Samuel House and devoted father of Diane Ford and her husband William; devoted brother of Norma Russo and the late Donald, Lou, Wilbur, Edward and Frank House and Dorothy Pessagno and Mildred Phoebus; he was cherished pop-pop of Michele Gonzalez and her husband Quolte, Michael Ford and his wife Colleen; great-pop-pop of Joey, Kaylene, Cameron, Jessica and Dylan. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Relative and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. (at Forge Rd) on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Further visitation will be held at the Oak Crest Village Chapel on Wednesday from 10:30 to 11 am at which time a service will be held. Interment to follow at the Parkwood Cemetey.
