On November 22, 2014 Michael Stewart Lane finally found peace after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. He was surrounded by his devoted wife, Janise Lane (nee Ingrassia) and precious son and daughter, Kylen and Mackenzie. Mike was the son of Eileen Lane and the late George S. Lane and his companion Faye Mills. He is survived by his sisters, Michelle Lane Ross and Deborah McClure. He was adored by his in-laws, Vince and Jackie Ingrassia. Mike was so fortunate to have the love of all of his family and friends throughout his life and as part of this battle.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd. Baltimore, Md 21236 on Monday and Tuesday 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ursula Church on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider supporting Mike’s wish of donations for Kylen and Mackenzie’s college funds. Info will be provided at the funeral home during the viewings.
