Nancy Louise Van Atta

On November 1, 2018, Nancy Louise Van Atta (nee Sheckells) passed away. She was the beloved wife of Gerard Ronald Van Atta; devoted mother of Douglas M. Van Atta, Phillip G. Van Atta, Christopher P. Van Atta, and the late Lawrence W. Van Atta; loving grandmother of Colin, Bradley, Christopher, and Jessica Van Atta, and Douglas Hynes; dear sister of the late Patricia DeGraw. Nancy is survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10am at the funeral home. Interment services will follow at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
