On February 20, 2017 Norman J. Chlan passed away. He was the beloved brother of the late Frank and Louis Chlan. He is survived by his dear friends Richard and Sharon Fisher, Gail and Jerry Boltz, Ryan, Crystal, Kendall, and Payton Fisher, and Matthew Moerschel.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Saturday from 12- 1 PM, where a memorial service will be held at 1PM.
