Robert Roy Dennis, age 87, of Ocean View, DE, formally of Perry Hall, MD, passed away on October 29, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol Lee Dennis (nee Fillius); devoted father of Karen Anne Dennis, Linda Joyce Dietsch (nee Dennis), Brian Scott Teufer, Sr. and his wife Kim, and Duane Bradley Teufer and his wife Linda; loving grandfather of Kody Dietsch, Heather Teufer, Bud Teufer, Craig Teufer, and Dana Delancey; dear brother of the late Carolyn Newbauer and her late husband Wally; cherished uncle of Judy Stem, Jane Welch, Joey Barberino, Kristan Wilson, and the late Gina Barberino. Also survived by several loving great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 3-6 P.M., with a service to begin at 6 P.M. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robert’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org
