On January 19, 2015, Ronald Leonard Fonshill passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor S. Fonshill (nee Vallance); devoted father of James D. Fonshill and his wife Linda, Heather S. Williamson and her husband John, Glo S. Flateau and her husband Joe, and the late Ronald L. Fonshill, II; loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Also survived by his loving girlfriend Barbara Blewitt. Ronald was a Drum Major in the Baltimore City Pipe Band for many years. He was also a member of the JEPHTHAH Lodge AF & AM in Essex, MD.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday from 12-2pm for a Receiving of Friends. A Memorial Service will follow at 2pm at the funeral home. Interment private.
