Salvatore M. Barbieri

On January 19, 2019, Salvatore M. Barbieri passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband, of 64 years, of Marlene Barbieri (nee DiCarlo); devoted father of Louis M. Barbieri, Sr. (Debra), Nancy Wolfe (Claude), Mary Ann Owens (Robert), Anthony Barbieri, and Christina Barbieri; loving grandfather of Megan, Louis, Jr., Elizabeth, Margaret, Victoria, Michael, Alyssa, Angelina, and Isabella; cherished great-grandfather of Sofia, Gianna, Teressa, Audriana, Louis, III “Trey”, and Hudson; dear brother of Mary Frantz, and the late Catherine Johnson, and Benedetto and Dominic Barbieri. Salvatore is survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, January 24, 2019, from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, at 10am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Interment services will follow at Parkwood Cemetery.
