He was a long time government employee at the Social Security Administration. He previously worked for Lockheed Martin and USF&G. He graduated from Calvert Hall in 1976 and graduated from Towson University in 1980.
He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Angela Hetter and is survived by his brother Lawrence. He is also survived by numerous additional family members.
