Weston Smith

On September 5, 2024, Weston Charles Smith passed away. Weston is the loving son of Angela Smith and Charles Smith; step-son of Richard Goode; dear brother of Zoe Goode and Ian Smith; beloved fiancé of Alyssa Koch cherished grandson of Norman and Rhonda Herold, Jason and Cindy Bunting; great-grandson of Kenneth Pensmith; nephew of Aimee Herold, Cory Swiger and Gary Swiger.

Weston was an apprentice of the Plumbers Union Local #5. He loved his job and all of his co-workers at Madden Plumbing and HVAC. Wes and his brother Ian, known as “The Smith Brothers”, were more than just family, they were coworkers, and best friends. He loved hanging out with his sister Zoe, doing whatever she wanted to do. He enjoyed working on his dream truck, camping, riding dirt bikes, and hanging out with his best buds, especially his fiancé Alyssa. Weston was generous, loving, and kindhearted. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who would ask for it. God is getting a GREAT MAN, THE BEST.

The family will gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham MD 21236, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., to depart at 11:30 a.m. for a graveside service and interment that will be held at 12 Noon, at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Rd., Middle River MD 21220. All attending are asked to dress as casual as you would like to be. A celebration of life service will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation at www.msfocus.org
