At Christmas I learned of Mr. Bill's death and I am sorry to extend my sympathies so late. Bill, Steve and family, please know that many of my fondest memories involve Scouting and how your Dad was a very big part of making that program happen.  And when my son when through Scouting I drew heavily on those experiences.  Your Dad was a good man and hundreds of boys whose lives were positively touched by him is a true testimony to his legacy.

I just learned of Bill's death today.  I am sorry that I did not know sooner.  May your faith and memories of both your parents  get you through this difficult time. Please know that your entire family is in my thoughts and prayers.  Keep the faith.

I am sorry to hear about Bill's passing.  He was a great man and  help me a lot while we were together in Scouting. To this day I still use skills Bill taught me and have a lot of great memories. My prayers goes out to the family.  We will miss you.

I just learned of Mr. Bill's passing.  He was a great mentor to boys who became successful men because of his values.  We had many great camping trips of Troop 746 which were attended by Fathers and Sons.  His main rule on a camping trip was that you could correct any scout, but your own.  The photo gallery showed he had a happy family life.  He will be missed by all.

My sincere condolence on your Dad's passing.  It's been over 40 years since I was in the Boy Scout troop that your Dad led, and I still have an appreciation for your Dad and how he saved Troop 746 when it was going through tough times.  He stepped in, just when we needed him, and got us back on track.  His work kept it going for us, and hundreds of past and future scouts greatly benefited from his efforts.

Our hearts are with you and so are our prayers.  God bless.

He contributed a great deal to all of us who were fortunate enough to be part of Scout Troop 746 during the late 60's and early 70's. Thanks so much, Mr. Bill - we'll always remember you!

My condolences and sympathies to your family.  Your father  was a very important person in my life.  At first, he was my scoutmaster and mentor. Later, as I got older, he was a good friend.  

I will greatly miss him.
