She was born on December 24, 1945 in Chicago, IL to Lawrence and Jean Haven.
She will be remembered by all who knew her for love of family, including her grand-dogs, enthusiasm for singing show tunes as well as her wit and great sense of humor.
Carol Bialecki is survived by her daughter Linda (Ken), son Jim (Kate), and grandsons Trevor Just, and John and Matthew Bialecki. She was preceded in death by husband, Bob Bialecki, parents Lawrence and Jean Haven, and brother Robert Haven.
