Edwin "Eddie D." P. Dlugopolski, age 78, of Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Beloved husband of Isabelle; fond step-father of Cheryl Medley, John and Walter Piecuch; dear grandpa of James Medley and Jonathan Piecuch.
A visitation for Edwin will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Rd., CHICAGO, IL 60655, with a prayer service at 4:00 PM. Private Interment.
Eddie was a proud member of Sertoma Speech and Hearing Center. In lieu of flowers donations to Sertoma Speech and Hearing Center would be appreciated.
