Beloved mother of Jose (Lucina) Aquilar Contreras and John (Wendy) Mooncotch; cherished grandmother of Sylvia (Keith) Enyart, Victoria Mooncotch, Vanessa Mooncotch, Alexandra Mooncotch, Julia Mooncotch, and Emma Mooncotch; proud great grandmother of Emmett Enyart. Maria’s memory will be cherished by many other relatives, extended family members and friends. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends will be gathering on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 South Central Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL. Interment private.
