Cynthia “Cindi” Felper, 58, passed away December 9, 2015. Cherished daughter of Audrey “Cookie” and the late Eli Felper; Dear sister of David Felper and Julie (Nick) Peric; Devoted aunt of Nicky, Eliana, and Angelina Peric; Fond niece of many aunts and uncles. Cindy also leaves behind her furry companions, Maggie and Jingles. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 15th, beginning at 9:30 AM. Family will greet friends beginning at 9 AM.
