Jeffrey A. Tade, 58, passed away after a long struggle with cancer on April 4, 2013. Beloved husband of Janet Kijak, loving father to Bradley (Caroline), Aaron, Jameson, Kyle, Adrienne (Jason) and Diana, caring grandfather to Leah, loving son to Lorraine and the late La Verne, beloved brother to Adrienne (Mark). Visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 9th, 2013 at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home located at 17w201 Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace.
