Norma Waisanen, nee Heinonen, 83, beloved wife of 52 years to the late Roy; loving mother of Gary (Cynthia) Waisanen; adored sister of Laura Erickson; cherished Aunt of Kathy Maki and the late Donna and Karen Erickson. Proud volunteer for 30 years at Hinsdale Hospital. Longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church, Westchester, IL where Norma enjoyed the company of her fellow church members. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in Norma's name to a charity of your choice. Visitation Monday, Feb. 27, 3 to 8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Garden's West, 17W201 Roosevelt Rd. (Roosevelt Rd. just west of Rt. 83), Oakbrrok Terrace, Il, where services will take place Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m. Interment will be private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
