Pedro B. Godinez Jr.

He was born on March 27, 1949, to Pedro and Paula Godinez in Brisenas Michoacan, Mexico.

Pedro joined the Navy in 1969 and later went on and served his country in the Vietnam War, serving four years on the U.S.S. Constellation where he received a National Defense Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal.

On April 15,1972 he went on to marry the love of his life Guillermina Godinez and they had three beautiful girls Maria, Erika and Bianca and two sons Tom and John.

Pedro is survived by his loving wife Guillermina Godinez and three daughters and sons-in-laws: Maria (Carlos) Hernandez, Erika (Memo) Soto and Bianca (Ricardo) Perez, his sons: Tom (Scherrie) Listecki and John (Cheryl Lynn) Ramirez: his grandchildren Ricky (Damaris), Vanessa, Adriana, Peter, Jose, Angel (Aviana), Adrian, Omar, Alessa and Victor. Great grandchildren: Ethan and two on the way. We don’t want to forget his fur babies Gizmo and Chuy: Pedro is now alongside his Brothers Carlos and Guillermo and survived by Cuca, Lourdes, Armando, Martha, Gerardo, Tony and Andreina: and many Nieces and Nephews.

Pedro was loved and admired by not only his wife and children but by so many others. He taught us so many things in life but never how to live without him. He Memory and legacy will forever live and grow in our hearts.
