Kimberly Sjonae Hall was born June 20, 1961 to Barbara Hall and Grover Hall in Oakland, California.
She was a member of ACTS Full Gospel in Oakland under the leadership of Bishop Jackson.
Kimberly was educated in the Oakland Unified School District and attended the University of San Francisco where she studied early childhood development. Her love for children, sparked an interest in serving the needs of children with special needs. She was employed by OSUD as a special needs teacher assistant.
