William was born December 2,1979 to Andrew Hall and Patricia Ann Balkcom in Chicago,IL. There he
attended schools before relocating to California at age of 15 to continue school and graduating from
High School. He accepted Christ at an early age. He loved attending church with his mother and siblings, where he started his love for music. His love for music took him to higher heights where he began writing and producing. He also was a great cook. William loved his family whom he leaves to cherish his memories
father, mother and 2 brothers along with other extended family and friends.
