Alex West, Jr. age 71, of Anthony passed away January 7, 2013. He was born on September 26, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio a son to the late Alex West, Sr. and Emily West of Belleview, FL. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by brothers Dennis Krushinski and David West and sisters Jeanne Estey and Hope McHugh. His family remembers his love for fishing and NASCAR. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 51 years, Yvonne, his mother, two sons, Stephen West of Ocala, Wayne West of Silver Springs, two daughters, Donna (Danny) Izzard of Ocala, Bridget (John) Wilkins of Ocala, five sisters Judy Sanders of TN, Linda Gunther of Hollywood, FL, Mary Cutler of Belleview, Faith Tighe of Belleview, Sharon Harbert of Ocala, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A Memorial Service has been scheduled for Thursday January 10, 2013 at 4:00pm with visitation for one hour before at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
