Cheryl Doreen Martin, 69, of Crystal River, FL, passed away on Sep 14, 2015.
She is survived by her son, James Wright (Andrea); daughter, Cheri Crouch; brothers, Bobby, Jim, and Jack Martin; sisters, Joyce Henry and Teresa Woodward; 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and her loving companion of many years, Gary Lay.
Her parents, William and Dorothy Martin, and brother, Billy Martin, predeceased her.
Services will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Ocala Fl. Visitation will be Saturday, Sep 19, 2015 from 1-2pm with a funeral service at 2pm.
