Elaine was born in Newport, Rhode Island, on August 26, 1948. She earned her Associate degree from the University of New Hampshire and went on to build a career in photography. Elaine worked for Olan Mills and Lifetouch, where she combined her creativity and passion for capturing meaningful moments.
She was married to David W. Blidberg on August 2, 1985.
Elaine had a love for travel and enjoyed computers, music, and real estate. She was known for her curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for life’s experiences.
She is survived by her children, Jack Storms and Gary Storms; her grandchild, Owen Storms; her great-grandchildren, Garrison Storms and Gillyan Storms; and her brother, Charles “Chuck” Lee.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on February 28, 2026, at Grandview Church, located at 12401 SW Highway 484, Dunnellon, Florida
