Born on September 13, 1915 Frances made her debut being the daughter of Henry Aloysius Menchini and Irene Marie (Fugazzi) Menchini of Washington, D.C.
Frances worked for David Taylor Model Basin in the Bethesda, Maryland in the administration field from which she retired. Frances loved the beach, so Florida was a great place for her to spend so many years enjoying the sun and ocean. During her life she was an accomplished artist, gourmet cook, an awesome seamstress being able to sew anything she saw in her mind. Frances also had a flare for decorating as did her mother, Irene. Diagnosed in early 2007 with Alzheimer, her body later left her bed ridden for many years.
She leaves behind husband Pablo Lopez and two nieces, Renee Martel Forcier and Dolores (Forcier) Cyr.
Frances was preceded in death by her husbands William Frederick Dreisbach and Edwin Baruch, her sister Dolores Irene (Menchini) Forcier and brother-in-law Leonard George Forcier also of Florida.
The family wants to thank all the care givers that made her stay at home possible for many years and Cornerstone Hospice, Village Team for her final care.
