A devoted husband to Antonia Pabón, Moncho was the strong and steady foundation of a large and beautiful family. He was the proud father of six children—Juan, Irma, Luis, Liza, Glenda, and Myrna—and from them came 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. His love and guidance flow through generations.

Moncho was a man of his craft. Whether it was fixing, building, or creating—his hands were always at work. He took pride in everything he did. But beyond the work, he carried joy in the simple things. Music played often in his life, lifting his spirit and bringing comfort to those around him.

He was a Yankees fan through and through—a true fan at heart. Baseball wasn’t just a pastime, it was part of who he was. And when it came to politics, Moncho was passionate about Puerto Rico. He proudly supported the Popular Democratic Party (PPD), firm in his belief in preserving the island’s identity and dignity. “Hasta el final” wasn’t just a phrase—it was how he stood by his values, loyal and unshaken.

But above all, Moncho was a man of faith. He had a deep and quiet devotion to God, and prayer was a part of his daily life. He leaned on his faith in both joy and hardship, and that strength inspired everyone around him. His trust in the Lord gave him peace, purpose, and the wisdom to guide his family with love.

You could always find him on his beloved tricycle, riding freely, content with the world as long as he had his scratch-offs, his music, and the open road. That bike wasn’t just a ride—it was freedom.

Moncho was more than a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was the heartbeat of his family. A man who loved with strength, lived with purpose, and led by quiet example.

He will be missed dearly. But his name, his laughter, his stories, and his spirit live on. The González family carries his legacy forward—strong, proud, and united.

Hay personas que no solo dejan recuerdos… dejan un legado. Ramón González Ayala, conocido cariñosamente por todos como Moncho, fue uno de esos hombres.

Esposo fiel de Antonia Pabón, Moncho fue el pilar de una familia grande y llena de amor. Padre orgulloso de seis hijos—Juan, Irma, Luis, Liza, Glenda y Myrna—y de esa familia nacieron 12 nietos y 26 bisnietos. Su amor sigue creciendo con cada generación.

Moncho era un hombre de su oficio. Siempre trabajando con sus manos—arreglando, construyendo, creando. Le ponía corazón a todo lo que hacía. Pero más allá del trabajo, encontraba alegría en las cosas simples de la vida.

La música era su compañera constante, siempre sonando en su espacio, trayendo paz y felicidad. Y el béisbol… ¡ay, su béisbol! Fanático de corazón de los Yankees. Ese amor por el deporte era pasión pura, una tradición sagrada.

También sentía una profunda pasión por su tierra. Moncho fue un fiel seguidor del Partido Popular Democrático (PPD), creyente en proteger la dignidad y la identidad de Puerto Rico. “Hasta el final” no era solo un lema—era su manera de ser: leal, firme y auténtico en sus convicciones.

Pero por encima de todo, Moncho fue un hombre de fe. Su devoción a Dios era profunda y sincera, y la oración formaba parte de su vida diaria. En los momentos de alegría y también en los de dificultad, se apoyaba en su fe. Esa fortaleza espiritual era un ejemplo para todos los que lo rodeaban. Su confianza en el Señor le daba paz, propósito y sabiduría para guiar a su familia con amor.

Y quién no lo recuerda en su triciclo, paseando feliz por las calles, con sus raspaditos en el bolsillo y una sonrisa tranquila. Ese triciclo era más que transporte—era su libertad.

Moncho fue más que un esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo. Fue el alma de su familia. Un hombre que amó con fuerza, vivió con propósito, y guió con su ejemplo.

Lo vamos a extrañar con el alma. Pero su risa, su nombre, sus historias y su esencia siguen vivos. La familia González sigue adelante con su espíritu: fuerte, orgullosa y unida.
