

Roberta “Robin” Williams Seymour, 64, passed away on December 17, 2013 at her home in Ocala. She was born Sept. 2, 1949, in Frankfurt, Germany, the daughter of Walter A. and Elisabeth G. Williams. She was the goddaughter of Prince Richard Von Hesse.
Enthralled with education and learning, Robin thoroughly enjoyed her lifelong pursuit of learning as well as the opportunity to pass along her passion to students at the College of Central Florida and Lake Weir High School. She was also considered the “family historian,” and took great pride in knowing where her family had been, what they had come from and where the lineage was going.
Robin is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Walter A. and Elisabeth G. Williams. She is survived by her son, Robert W. Leetun, and daughter, Talley E. Priester, as well as three grandsons Evan, Owen and Charles, and a number of other relatives and close friends.
Robin was a dedicated member of the First United Methodist Church of Ocala, where she was an active volunteer. She was also involved in the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Red Hat Society, the American Association of University Women, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Kappa Delta Pi. She was an ardent supporter of the American Red Cross. She was a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor's in Social Science & Master's in Library Science.
There will be a private graveside service to celebrate her life at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in her name to the First United Methodist Church of Ocala, 1126 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL, 34470.
