Timothy Ryan Rutter

Timothy Ryan Rutter was born to his parents, Skip and Sharon Rutter, on April 21st, 1983 at Rapides General Hospital, Alexandria, LA. He was called home to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 16th, 2015.

Tim graduated Belleview High School in 2001 and briefly attended CFCC.

Tim was a loving husband, father, son and friend. He cherished time with his family and friends who were like family to him. His three children were his heartbeat and brought tremendous joy to him. He was extremely proud of his family and the new home they had made for themselves. Tim never knew a stranger and could always give you a fantastic smile.

Tim was hired as a journeyman (tower climber) and had recently been promoted to foreman for SBA Network Services, LCC since 2010.

Survived by his devoted wife Lisa and loving children Alexandria, Alyssa and Andrew; his parents, Skip and Sharon Rutter of Ocala; brothers, Michael of Huber Heights, Ohio, Mark and his wife Andrea of Ocala. Tim is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Sally Wehner of Piqua, Ohio along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is currently residing in Heaven with his Grandmother, Inez Polk of Frostproof, Florida; step-grandmother Angela Polk of Sarasota; his grandfathers N. B. Polk of Wauchula, Florida and Leonard Wehner of Piqua, Ohio and uncle Kenneth Boehm of Wauchula, Florida.

Tim had an adventurous spirit, an infectious smile, and always had a willingness to help others. Loving sports in general, Tim participated in baseball, track (pole vaulting), soccer, cross-country and football. He was an avid Auburn Tiger fan and you would often hear him shout, "War Eagle!"

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Tim Rutter Family Memorial Fund by going to any Wells Fargo branch.

Family is requesting that those attending Friday's service at City Light Church wear navy blue, orange, or a combination of both.

The family thanks you all for the overwhelming support that has been provided by so many. It would be almost impossible to thank each of you individually!
