Zavida Bal

Zavida Bal, age 57, a resident of Ocala, Florida passed away on July 28, 2015. Zavida was born in Trinidad and Tobago at San-Fernando General Hospital and moved to Miami, Florida in 1980. She is the daughter of the late Ramjohn Saladeen and the late Babsie Hosein.

Zavida was an LPN for 14 years and furthered her education by becoming a Registered Nurse and obtaining her BSN. She was very caring, compassionate and loving. She made everyone around her smile, laugh and have a great time. Any room that she entered was lit up by her presence.

Zavida was predeceased by her late husband, Pram Bal.

She is survived by her three daughters Sharlene Salinas, Sherilyn Bal, and Shanai Bal and two sons Terry Saladeen and Zachary Bal; two sons-in-law, Raymon Hariff, and Olbin Ayala. She is survived by eight grandchildren, Arianna Harrideo 17, Omar Hariff 16, Sadhana Saladeen 11, Prem Saladeen 7, Samara Hariff 5, Dominick Ayala 5, Dylan Ayala 3, and Aayan Saladeen 2, she is the sister of Fyzila Saladeen, Rasheed Saladeen, Shaeed Saladeen, Waheed Saladeen and Sherina Jagessar, also sister of Wayne Saladeen, Kathy Saladeen , Kelly Saladeen and step daughter of Polly Arjoonsingh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing hours are 5-8pm Saturday, August 1st 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 S Pine Avenue, Ocala FL 34480. A reception will follow at 6237 SE 80th Court, Ocala FL, 34472.
