Alice Lucille Swanson

Alice is survived by her daughter, Sarah Bouquin and her husband George, of Monahans, TX and son, Thomas Swanson and his wife Rita of National City, CA; grandchildren Samantha Bouquin of Monahans, TX Elizabeth and Brett Field of Amarillo, TX, Jessica and Paulette Swanson of National City, CA; her brother and sister in law Eugene and Nancy Swanson of Kanesholm, PA nieces Karen Kohlhepp of Camden, Maine and Cindy Lorenzo of Kanesholm, PA.

She loved knitting and quilting and most other forms of needlework; making beautiful gifts for friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Paul V. Swanson of Erie, Pa, her brother Anthony Kohlhepp of Northport, Maine, and her parents Nelle and Frank Kohlhepp of Kane.

Alice was born on September 17, 1930 in {Ridgway, PA} to Frank J Kohlhepp and Nelle Thomas Kohlhepp. {Alice} graduated from Kane High School. She married Paul (Buck) Swanson in 1951.

A funeral is scheduled for 12:00 PM , Wednesday, September 28, at St Paul Lutheran Church, Monahans, TX. Pastor Michael Fickenscher will officiate the ceremony. Burial will be at Lebanon Lutheran Church Cemetery, Kanesholm, PA.
