Andrew Fred Koehl

Andrew was a soft spoken, fun loving, story teller. His easy smile and sweet nature will be sorely missed by all of us. Andy was a carpenter by trade but a true craftsman by choice. His special gift in woodwork can be seen in many fine homes in Illinois, Texas, New Jersey, and Florida. His favorite times were those he spent with his family and friends - times that were often spent walking together in the woods.

He was preceded in death by both parents and a sister Ida (Larry) Kreeger.

He is survived by his "angel" and wife of 27 years Phyllis Koehl, son, Eric Briley and Stacy of Odessa TX, daughter, Wendy Glover and Lance of Odessa TX, brothers, David (Alice) Koehl of Washington, IL and Lester (Diana) Koehl of Pekin IL, sisters, Beth (Gerald) Fabish of Peoria IL, Sheri (Lowell) Glick of Mexico and Lynne (Kent) Borton of Washington, IL, six grandchildren and twenty six nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held in Andy’s honor at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Home. 4635 Oakwood Dr. Odessa TX. 79761 - Phone 432-368-7191 - at 11:00 am in the Frank W. Wilson Chapel on December 21, 2013. Memorials can be sent to the above address in care of Phyllis Koehl.
