Betty Sue (Alexander) Thompson

She was born in Haskill, Texas April 3, 1926 to Marvin Ted and Jo Alexander. She had two sisters, Josephine Stewart and Jane Wheat. Betty and Blair Thompson were married March 8, 1946 in the 1st Methodist Church of Odessa, Texas. They celebrated their 50th Anniversary March 8, 1996. Blair Thompson passed away February 14, 2001.

Betty and Blair had two children, Milton Thompson and Donna Sue Randleman; three grandchildren, Tommy Thompson and Wife Kristi, Tamara Nortey and husband C.B. and Joe Dee Thompson and Wife Ashlee; she had eleven great grandchildren.

Betty graduated high school from Odessa High School in 1941. She was a housewife and a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church until her passing.

Services will begin Wednesday, January 2, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa. A memorial service will follow at 1st Presbyterian Church in Odessa at 2:00 pm.
