Clinton Dewayne Martin

Clinton Dewayne Martin, born on June 3, 1957, and passed away on October 31, 2025, was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather who left this world surrounded by his family and love.

Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, Clinton was the son of the late Freddie and Mary Martin. He grew up with strong roots in West Texas — a place he always called home.

Clinton is survived by his devoted sons, Daniel and his wife Yvette Martin, and Matthew and his wife Josie Martin; his brothers, William and Burt Martin; and his sisters, Ann Stucks and Sue Franklin. He was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren and a great-grandfather to one great-grandson, each of whom brought him endless joy and pride.

Family was the heart of Clinton’s world. He cherished game nights filled with laughter and friendly competition, and he could always be found cheering on his grandchildren in their many extracurricular activities — whether from the stands, the sidelines, or the audience.

Clinton’s kindness, humor, and love for family will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. He will be deeply missed, but forever remembered with gratitude, love, and joy.

Visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home, followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Clinton’s life and the love he shared with all who knew him.
